This is the marketing website for Cornerstone Callers, LLC, a cold-calling and lead-generation agency. Pages, calculators, manifestos, case studies, and tools on this site are informational. Nothing here constitutes a binding offer for services. The actual service agreement is signed separately.
3. Accuracy
We try to be honest. Numbers shared in case studies are real client outcomes. Calculators are directional, not financial advice. If you spot something wrong, email us and we’ll fix it.
4. What you can’t do
Don’t scrape the site. Don’t reverse-engineer the portal. Don’t use our content to train a model that competes with us. Don’t pretend to be us. Don’t do anything illegal or use the site to harm anyone.
5. Intellectual property
The Cornerstone Callers name, logo, marks, and the design of this website are ours. The content (copy, photos, scripts) is ours unless attributed otherwise. You can quote us with attribution. You can’t republish entire pages.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the calculators are bug-free, the FAQ answers your specific situation, or that the site will be up 100% of the time. Your use of this site is at your own risk. If something on the site causes you a loss, our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for the site (which is $0).
Service-level liability for paying clients is governed by the Master Services Agreement, not these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute related to the site (not service) goes through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
