What we collect
When you book a strategy call or fill out a form on this site, we collect: your name, email, phone, business name, and what you tell us about your market. That’s it. We don’t buy contact lists, we don’t scrape, we don’t track you across the web.
We use cookies for the essentials only — keeping you logged into the client portal, remembering form state, basic analytics on which pages people read. No advertising trackers. No third-party sale of your data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry. To run the service if you become a client. To send you the occasional update if you opted into our newsletter. None of those uses involve sharing your information with anyone outside Cornerstone Callers, LLC.
Who sees it
Our internal operations team. Our senior callers, but only the data relevant to your account. Service providers we contract with for infrastructure (hosting on Vercel, database on Supabase, email through Resend) — these companies process data for us under contracts that prohibit them from using it for anything else.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We do not share it with marketing partners, ad networks, or data brokers. Ever.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email privacy@cornerstonecallers.com and we’ll reply within 7 days. If you’re a California, EU, or UK resident, you have specific statutory rights — we honor all of them by default.
If we change this policy
We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is material — like a new way we use your data — we’ll email you about it before it takes effect.
Questions
