A letter · personal

A letter to the operator reading this at 2am.

I know why you’re here. You’ve been burned. Maybe twice. You’ve written a check to a lead-gen company that promised the moon and delivered 12 contact forms, half of which bounced. Or the caller was so green that the first real seller you handed them asked if they were reading from a script, and they said yes.

You’re here because you’re still looking. You know leads exist. You know the math works if the inputs are clean. You’ve probably closed deals from scrappy driving-for-dollars or a lucky direct-mail piece, and you know — in your gut — that the problem isn’t your market, it’s the quality of the top of the funnel.

I want to be honest with you about two things.

First: we’re not magic. If your close rate in person is 0% and your follow-up is non-existent, we will not fix that. We’re the bottom of the funnel for people who can close. We hand you warm, qualified, ready-to-talk sellers. What happens next is on you. We’re honest about that because I’ve seen agencies promise outcome-based guarantees they have no control over, and it always ends in a refund fight.

Second: we’re an Egyptian-owned company. Our team is global. Our senior callers are trained, English-fluent professionals — vetted, named, accountable, and assigned to your account full-time. Our operations and data team sit in Cairo. The infrastructure, the data pipelines, the portal you log into, the people who answer your 11pm Slack question — that lives in North Africa.

I tell you this because a lot of people, when they figure it out on their own, feel tricked. I’d rather lose you now than have you surprised later.

What I’ll also tell you is this: the reason we can offer trained senior callers at a rate that makes sense is because our back office is lean and global. Every dollar you pay us goes to three things — the caller’s paycheck, the data, and the infrastructure. We don’t have a 40-person sales team. We don’t run paid ads to acquire you. We don’t pay an agency to produce slick sales videos of fake testimonials.

I write these pages myself. Our homepage copy. Our scripts. The onboarding docs. It’s not agency-polished. It’s written by someone who closed his first wholesale deal in 2019 and remembers what it felt like to read every cold-calling sales page in the industry and think this is all bullshit.

If you book a call and decide we’re not for you, I won’t chase you. There will be no “drip sequence.” I hate those too.

The callers are real people. Trained, vetted senior SDRs. You can video-meet your assigned caller before you sign anything. They are not contractors I found on Upwork. They are full-time, salaried, and deeply invested in our clients’ outcomes because we pay them to be.

The data is real. We pull county records directly — not resold skip-trace exports. We’ll talk through your market on the call. If we don’t think we can build a real list for you, we’ll say so, and we won’t onboard you. We’ve turned down plenty of applications from people we couldn’t help.

Results vary, and I won’t pretend otherwise. We’re a young company. We’re not going to claim a track record we don’t have yet. What we will commit to is shipping you trained, English-fluent senior callers, fresh county-direct data, and full transparency on what’s working week-to-week. If you add consistent deal flow without adding a caller to your own payroll, the math works for you. If we don’t deliver, you walk — month-to-month, no handcuffs.

What I want from this letter is simple: if something here made you say “yes, this is different” — book a call. If something here made you say “this isn’t for me” — that’s also useful, and I’m glad I didn’t waste your time.

Either way, thanks for reading this far. It’s more than most sales pages deserve.
